04:52 PM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SPX Technologies (SPXC) completed the acquisition of FIS Water for $410 million in cash, including certain tax attributes. SPX said Tuesday it plans to update 2026 guidance to include the acquisition when it reports Q3 results. FIS Water is expected to generate $105 million in revenue this year.
