Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Amaero (AMRO.US), a producer of titanium and refractory metal powders supplying 3D printing for the defense and aerospace sectors, announced its Nasdaq IPO terms on Tuesday (September 15). The company, headquartered in McDonald, Tennessee, USA, plans to issue 7.5 million shares at an assumed price of $7.06 per share, aiming to raise $53 million.
