10:14 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HubSpot (HUBS) said Wednesday it expanded its collaboration with Microsoft-backed (MSFT) OpenAI by adding new capabilities to its ChatGPT connector and launching an integration with ChatGPT Ads for small and midsize businesses. The updated connector allows HubSpot customers to run email campaigns, create landing pages, analyze closed deals, track leads and optimize content for artificial intelligence search directly through ChatGPT using customer data from HubSpot. The companies also introduced an AI Growth Bundle that includes discounts on HubSpot products, promotional ChatGPT Business seats and advertising credits for eligible customers, HubSpot said.
