E3 Lithium to Raise CA$8.5 Million in Private Placement of Units

04:44 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- E3 Lithium (ETL.V) plans to raise CA$8.5 million through a private placement of units, the company said on Wednesday. E3 will issue 9.45 million units at CA$0.90 each, with a 15% over-allotment option. Each unit will consist of one share and one three-year warrant to buy a share at CA$1.10. Proceeds will be used to develop the Clearwater Lithium Project. The offering is expected to close on Sept. 24. E3 Lithium shares closed down CA$0.01 at CA$0.99 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
