07:36 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Holtec Nuclear Corp. suspended its planned US initial public offering, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. The Camden, New Jersey-based firm had been set to raise as much as $900 million, offering 50 million shares for $15 to $18 each, with pricing expected Thursday, the report said, adding that the IPO was put on hold because of market conditions. The offering was being led by JPMorgan Chase & Co., Guggenheim Securities, Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Citigroup Inc. and Bank of America Corp, according to the report.
