Dillard's said both securities are expected to stop trading as primary listings on the NYSE after market close on Oct. 2 and begin trading on the TXSE at market open on Oct. 5, retaining their existing ticker symbols. No action is required from holders, it said. Dillard's said the move aligns with its Texas roots and the TXSE's technology-driven platform.
