The Dow Jones opened up 0.09%, the Nasdaq was up 0.39%, and the S&P 500 gained 0.25%. Among leading tech stocks, Google-A rose 2.87%, Qualcomm increased 1.39%, while Netflix fell 5.36%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index climbed 0.47%, with Bilibili up 2.81% and NIO up 2.62%.
