Throughout August 2026, Bitget continued developing its multi-asset trading ecosystem as users engaged across both crypto and traditional financial markets. Tokenized equities remained an important area of activity, while product development expanded across institutional liquidity, structured strategies and CFD infrastructure.
Trading data from rNVDA showed active participation around market developments, with 36% of trading volume occurring outside U.S. market hours. Independent market analysis also highlighted Bitget’s liquidity and execution performance across tokenized equities and equity perpetuals.
Alongside product and infrastructure development, Bitget maintained its monthly transparency reporting through the publication of its 45th Proof of Reserves report. Together, these developments reflected continued progress across Bitget’s products, trading infrastructure and transparency initiatives during August.
Monthly Highlights
Bitget Leads Tokenized Equity Liquidity as Market Grows 140%
DeFiLlama found Bitget leading tokenized equity markets on several measures of liquidity and execution quality as the sector's active market capitalization grew more than 140% in 2026, from $814 million to nearly $2 billion. Across five tokenized equity markets evaluated, Bitget recorded the lowest median bid-ask spread at 0.83 basis points and the deepest top-of-book liquidity. In a broader benchmark covering 36 stock perpetuals and eight metals and commodity perpetuals, Bitget led 32, 34 and 33 contracts at the 5, 10 and 50 basis point depth levels respectively, while recording the greatest aggregate order-book depth across all measured ranges. Reality rTokens also generated more than $1.16 billion in cumulative trading volume between June and July, with semiconductor and technology-linked assets accounting for the majority of activity. Together, the findings show Bitget building measurable liquidity across both tokenized spot equities and TradFi perpetuals as demand for onchain access to traditional markets expands.
rTokens See Continued Trading Activity
Trading activity across Bitget’s tokenized equity products continued during August, with rNVDA providing a snapshot of how users engaged with equity-linked products around market developments. On August 26, rNVDA recorded $38.5 million in daily trading volume, with more than 4,200 users completing 112,800 transactions. Around 36% of trading volume occurred outside the U.S. market hours, highlighting participation beyond traditional equity trading sessions.
Positioning also shifted during the period. After approximately $8.45 million in net selling across August 24–25, rNVDA recorded around $5.1 million in net buying on August 26, with buys accounting for 57% of trading volume that day. The data illustrates how tokenized equity products are being used not only to gain exposure to traditional assets, but also to respond to market developments outside the conventional trading window.
KCGI 2026 Expands to Multiple Asset Classes
Bitget expanded the 2026 edition of the King’s Cup Global Invitational (KCGI) to incorporate multiple asset classes, extending the competition beyond crypto markets. The tournament features a promotional prize pool of up to 3 million USDT and reflects the broader range of markets now available to traders across Bitget.
45th Proof of Reserves Report Records 122% Reserve Ratio
Bitget published its 45th Proof of Reserves report in August, reporting an overall reserve ratio of 122%. The report showed reserves including 26,811 BTC, 123,688 ETH, 1.45 billion USDT, and 109.7 million USDC. The monthly publication continues to provide users with visibility into the assets held against balances on the platform and forms part of Bitget’s ongoing approach to platform transparency.
Bitget's Growth in Numbers
rTokens Lead Tokenized Equity Market on Depth and Large-Order Execution

CryptoRank found Bitget's rTokens delivering strong liquidity and execution quality across NVDA, MSFT, META and TSLA compared with other exchange-listed tokenized equity products. Median bid-ask spreads for rTokens ranged from 7.5 to 14 basis points, with rTokens recording the narrowest spreads for MSFT at 9.8 bps and META at 14 bps, while competitors led on NVDA and TSLA. The advantage became more pronounced deeper in the order book, with rTokens providing the greatest balanced liquidity within both 25 and 50 basis points across all four stocks. rTokens also recorded the lowest median slippage for $1,000, $10,000 and $50,000 orders across all four assets, with $50,000-order slippage ranging from 9.6 to 13.3 basis points, 45%-58% below the next-lowest fully executable book. The findings point to Bitget's liquidity advantage becoming increasingly visible as trade sizes increase, providing greater capacity for users to execute larger tokenized equity orders efficiently.
Bitget Ranks Second in Equity Perpetual Coverage as Market Reaches Major Scale

Equity perpetuals continued to emerge as a significant derivatives category, with TokenInsight recording average daily volume of $17.6 billion across five major exchanges during its July 1–August 5 sample period, rising to approximately $23.5 billion on weekdays. Bitget ranked second for product breadth with 235 equity perpetuals, behind MEXC's 310 and ahead of Binance's 148, Bybit's 147 and OKX's 42. Bitget also led cumulative order-book depth at the wider 0.05% and 0.10% bands across the five equity perpetuals examined and recorded the lowest median slippage for INTCUSDT at both $10,000 and $100,000 order sizes. The findings show Bitget competing across both the breadth of its equity derivatives offering and the liquidity available to traders as equity-linked products become a larger part of crypto-native derivatives markets.
Product and Integrations
Institutional-Grade Liquidity Expands Bitget's CFD Infrastructure
Building on the growth of traditional assets within its UEX ecosystem, Bitget launched dedicated Institutional-Grade Liquidity Solutions for quantitative teams, proprietary trading firms, funds, brokers and professional traders. The infrastructure combines 100% Straight-Through Processing (STP), multi-tier institutional liquidity, sub-millisecond order matching and FIX API connectivity, with servers deployed in major financial data centres including London and Tokyo. The expansion extends Bitget's CFD infrastructure to support higher-volume and automated strategies alongside its existing retail trading environment.
Fixed Coupon Notes Bring Structured Strategies to Tokenized US Stocks
Bitget expanded the utility of rTokens with the launch of Fixed Coupon Notes (FCN), bringing a structured product commonly used in traditional finance to tokenized US equities. Users can subscribe with USDT, select a preferred strike price and earn a predefined USDT coupon during the holding period, with settlement in either USDT or the corresponding rToken depending on the underlying stock price at maturity. Initially available for rTokens including TSLA, NVDA, MU and SPCX, the product extends tokenized equities beyond spot trading into structured portfolio strategies within Bitget's UEX ecosystem.
Dynamic Leverage Expands Capital Flexibility Across Gold and FX
Bitget further developed its CFD infrastructure with Dynamic Leverage and Tiered Margin Management for XAUUSD and USDCNH, introducing leverage of up to 800x on gold and 100x on USD/offshore renminbi. The framework adjusts margin requirements progressively according to position exposure, giving traders greater flexibility in capital deployment while scaling margin requirements for larger positions. The upgrade follows Bitget CFD daily trading volume previously reaching $8 billion, with gold emerging as a significant driver of activity as users increasingly trade across crypto, commodities and currencies.
