AerCap Approves $1 Billion Share Repurchase Program Through June 2027

09:07 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AerCap (AER) said Wednesday that its board has approved a share repurchase program authorizing up to $1 billion of ordinary share buybacks through June 30. Repurchases may be made through open-market purchases or privately negotiated transactions, the company said. The program will be funded with cash on hand and cash generated from operations, the company added.
