PMA Graphene Technology CEO Pan Resigns; Liu Named Successor

09:19 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PMA Graphene Technology (PMA) said Wednesday that Zhijun Pan has resigned as chief executive, effective immediately, and Lei Liu has been named CEO. Pan will continue to be a director and chairman of the board, the company said. Liu has been general manager of Meals Through Seasons Ecological Technology Group since August 2024, PMA said.
