Viant Technology Reports Launch of Shares Offering

05:54 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Viant Technology (DSP) reported late Wednesday the launch of an underwritten public offering of 8.5 million class A shares by a selling stockholder. Underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.275 million additional shares from the company, Viant said, adding that it will only receive proceeds from the sale of the option shares. Shares were over 11% lower in extended trading.
