WodeTong, a cross-border freight and logistics service provider based in Wuhan, China, raised the proposed size of its upcoming IPO on Wednesday.

According to Golden Ten Data, Chinese Wuhan-based cross-border freight and logistics service provider WodeTong (WODO.US) increased the proposed size of its upcoming IPO on Wednesday. The Wuhan-headquartered company now plans to issue 6 million shares, with an offering price range of $5 to $6, aiming to raise $33 million. The company's previous filing had set out to issue 1.5 million shares with a price range of $4 to $6. Based on the midpoint of the adjusted range, the fundraising amount will be 340% higher than previously expected, and the company's market value will reach $190 million.

WodeTong provides comprehensive cross-border logistics solutions, with a strategic focus on cross-border freight services connecting China and global markets. The company operates through subsidiaries in major cities such as Shanghai, Wuhan, and Shenzhen.

Founded in 2020, WodeTong achieved revenues of $57 million in the twelve months ended March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker WODO. In its latest filing, the company also removed the underwriter for this transaction; previously, Craft Capital Management was listed as the sole bookrunner.
