ProCap Financial to Change Name to Silvia

07:20 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ProCap Financial (BRR) said Thursday it will change its name to Silvia, effective Sept. 22, to align with its Silvia artificial intelligence agent lab. The company said its common stock and warrants will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols "SVIA" and "SVIAWW," respectively, on Sept. 22. ProCap shares were 3.4% higher pre-bell Thursday.
