$ZEC ZCASH: Completion of a Gigantic Double-Bottom-Formation! ZCASH is a very high-performing asset in the cryptocurrency market, showing exceptional gains to the upside. It could gain a lot of bullish traction and definitely settle above the $1,000 mark, which is a major price tag and additional bullish support from which further bullish price action is very likely. When looking at my chart, we can see how ZCASH is now trading strongly above several support levels. The main support level is the second ascending trendline, from which ZCASH has already bounced several times. The further support levels are the 50-EMA and 20-EMA, which match simultaneously with the second ascending trendline. ZCASH has some great support at these levels. The most important part of this whole development is the gigantic double bottom formation, which ZCASH is now confirming. The second bottom forming, which followed the first bottom, already marks a great bullish reversal with a lot of bullishness building up, which also finally confirmed the breakout above the neckline. Now, this confirmation has activated the bullish double bottom target zone, as seen in my chart. Additional bullishness is confirmed by the Grayscale ZCASH ETF launch. Since its launch, the ETF could already have gained over $914 million in Assets Under Management (AUM). The average trading volume of the ZCASH Spot ETF accounts for $105 million. The cumulative Spot ETF trading volume could rise to $11 billion. $ZEC gained over +230% off the $466 summer low, but momentum is finally stalling at the upper boundary of the multi-month channel. While retail chases green breakouts into $1,550, the 4H structure is putting in lower highs and pressing directly against the $1,430 support shelf. I am strictly biased short here. The trade activates on a confirmed 4H close below $1,430. Once $1,430 breaks, sell the retest into $1,420 to $1,440. Target 1 sits at $1,260, where the previous swing high meets the lower channel trendline. Target 2 extends down to $1,100. Hard stop on any 4H close above $1,560. If buyers push through descending triangle resistance, close the short immediately.
