Michael Sonnenshein, CEO of Grayscale, said that cryptocurrency investors are becoming more optimistic about the SEC's approval of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that track the spot price of Bitcoin, and have seen some signs of a "cryptocurrency winter warming up".
