Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart interprets the newly submitted prospectus by Grayscale, stating that "Grayscale has submitted another revised S-3 document earlier today. This is the third amendment with the aim of converting GBTC into a physically-backed Bitcoin ETF."
