On January 15th, according to on-chain data, an address that had participated in the Ethereum ICO woke up. This address had received 200 ETH during the ICO in 2015 and transferred 0.01 ETH to an address starting with 0x974 eleven hours ago, then transferred back 0.000001 ETH from the address starting with 0x974.
