L2beat data shows that the total value locked (TVL) of Manta Pacific, an Ethereum Layer 2 network, has surpassed $1.7 billion today, reaching a new all-time high of $1.71 billion. It has slightly declined to $1.69 billion at present, with a 15.06% increase in the past 7 days.
