10T Holdings and 1RT Partially Acquire Crypto Hosting Infrastructure Provider Qredo
Growth equity firms 10T Holdings and 1RoundTable Partners (1RT), led by Dan Tapiero, have partially acquired crypto hosting infrastructure Qredo.The transaction was conducted through a new entity, Fusion Laboratories, based in the U.K., and the majority of Qredo's assets have now been completed. acquisition and the remaining operations are now in administration. As part of the deal, 10T and 1RT will focus Qredo's business on Fusionchain through Fusion Labs.Subsequently, with the launch of Fusionchain, QRDO tokens will be transferred to the Cosmos ecosystem.
