L2BEAT data shows that the current total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer2 is $21.69 billion, with a 7-day decrease of 0.57%.

The top five are:

Arbitrum One TVL is $10.76 billion, with a 7-day increase of 0.5%;

OP Mainnet TVL is $5.48 billion, with a 7-day increase of 1.32%;

Manta Pacific TVL is $1.51 billion, with a 7-day decrease of 12.7%;

Base TVL is $739 million, with a 7-day increase of 1.22%;

Metis TVL is $649 million, with a seven day decrease of -8.65%.
