On-chain analyst @EmberCN on X platform stated that although the whale (0x7a95) keeps buying, there are also whales reducing their holdings at this $3,000 mark: A whale sold 8,040 ETH ($23.89 million) at a price of $2,971 seven hours ago. Of these, 4,000 ETH were transferred to Binance and then withdrawn through the address 0x804a for $39 million USDT; 4,040 ETH were sold on-chain in exchange for $12 million USDT. This whale currently holds 45,073 ETH ($13.265 million) and 50 million stablecoins (USDT+USDC) through two addresses.
