The full-stack Layer1 Axelar (AXL) has reached a cooperation with Ripple, focusing on supporting the development of XRP's RWA ecological applications
On February 28, according to Cointelegraph, the Axelar Foundation announced a partnership with Ripple. The Axelar Network has now integrated with the XRP Ledger (XRPL) to enhance interoperability for XRPL and aims to achieve the next growth phase of Real World Asset tokenization (RWAs). This collaboration will enable developers to use Axelar's General Messaging Protocol (GMP) to execute calls on smart contracts residing on over 55 blockchains, facilitating cross-chain operations for deploying decentralized applications on XRPL. The integration of Axelar also includes unlocking liquidity for stablecoins and large assets.
