The premium on Grayscale's LINK fund has exceeded 700%, marking the highest premium in history
TechFlow news, the price of Chainlink Trust under Grayscale Investments is at its highest premium ever. The market price of Chainlink Trust's shares (slightly more than 0.92 LINK tokens per share) is $170.99. Compared to the $20.54 price of LINK on cryptocurrency exchanges, this represents a premium of over 700%.
Chainlink Trust holds $8.4 million worth of LINK and charges an annual management fee of 2.50%.
It is reported that Chainlink Trust was launched in May 2022 and has historically traded at prices higher than LINK tokens. Due to regulatory restrictions, institutional investors often cannot directly hold cryptocurrencies, but they can purchase products like Chainlink Trust for investments in crypto assets other than Bitcoin.
