BlockBeats reports that on March 13, Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today ordered Skybridge Capital's Bitcoin ETF 'First Trust SkyBridge Bitcoin ETF Trust' to declare its file registration statement as 'void' under Section 6(a) of the Securities Act of 1933. The filing has been ineffective for over nine months since submission and was not timely amended or withdrawn after Rule 479 notice.
