Vitalik: The Ethereum ecosystem needs a major shift in thinking to have a global impact
According to news on March 15, Vitalik Buterin called for a change in mindset and a shift towards building L2DApps and solutions after Ethereum successfully completed the Dencun upgrade. At ETH Global’s Pragma London event on March 14, Vitalik said that Ethereum has been constantly changing over the past decade and emphasized that the Ethereum ecosystem needs to change its approach in order to have a significant impact on the Internet and traditional financial systems. Vitalik also urged developers to adopt an "Ethereum 2.0" development path, leveraging contemporary tools and the L2 rollups protocol to improve privacy, security and performance.
