The GRANDPA light clients running on BridgeHub of Polkadot and Kusama respectively have been initialized, and are currently being synchronized in real time by the permissionless relay run by Parity. Consensus proof logic (light client), parallel chain header proof logic, and message proof logic all operate on-chain during BridgeHub runtime, completely controlled exclusively by Polkadot/Kusama governance.
