Omni Network announces launch of OMNI token and launches Genesis airdrop
Omni Network announced the launch of the ERC-20-based OMNI token and the launch of the Genesis airdrop, the token powering the unified future of Ethereum that early Omni community members and partners in the Ethereum ecosystem will be eligible to receive. The Omni Foundation stated that the total supply of OMNI is 100,000,000; 3,000,000 of them (3% of the total OMNI supply) will be distributed as part of the airdrop. The eligibility for short-term investment will be determined retrospectively from April 3, 2024. Users have 45 days to claim their OMNI rewards, after which all unclaimed tokens will be returned to the Omni Foundation for use in future community activities.
