The Maker multi-signature address is suspected to have sold 6605 MKR through Wintermute in the past 28 days
According to on-chain analyst EmberCN, the multi-signature address (0xbba...5d8) marked as belonging to Maker by Nansen may have sold 6605 MKR (approximately $21.81 million) through Wintermute in the past 28 days.
This address received 30,971 MKR from several wallet addresses marked as belonging to Maker, including Maker: MultiSig, between 2020 and 2023. It then started transferring MKR in batches to the Wintermute address from 28 days ago (March 18). Wintermute would subsequently transfer these MKRs into CEX and so on.
- Since it began transferring out 28 days ago, a total of 6605 MKR has been transferred out so far (approximately $21.81 million), with an average price of about $3303.
- Since its peak rise in 2024, MKR has increased by up to154%, rising from $1600 to $4074.
- The address still holds approximately24,366MKRs(approximately$73.96million).
