Ordinals Developer: Runestone will not pay CEX for Dog listing fees

Leonidas, the developer of Ordinals, stated on the X platform that Runestone will not pay the listing fee for Dog to CEX. If CEX wants to list Dog, they will need to buy Runestone or Dog from the market.
