CoinMarketCap: Remind users that CMC will not post private messages requesting funds

Golden Finance reported that CoinMarketCap will never send a private message to users first. If a user receives a private message generated from CMC and asks for funds, it must be a scam. CoinMartetCap reminds users to verify before sending funds.
