Hong Kong-listed brokerage firm Guofu Innovation invests in Tide Capital and plans to expand compliant digital asset trading
Golden Finance reported that a subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed fully licensed financial company Guofu Innovation announced an investment in a hedge fund under Tide Capital. The specific amount has not been disclosed. Jasper Wu, founder of Tide Capital, said that Hong Kong recently passed the Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs, which means that digital assets have officially entered the mainstream financial market, which not only marks an epoch-making change in the financial field, but also has the potential to bring in tens of billions of dollars in incremental funds. Through this investment, Tide Capital will carry out in-depth cooperation with Guofu Innovation to actively expand the trading and investment of compliant digital assets.
