On the second day after BlackRock submitted a revised S-1 statement for its Ethereum ETF, Grayscale submitted a revised S-3 registration statement on Thursday, with more revised registration statements expected to follow. Grayscale discussed the regulatory treatment of Ether in its latest filing.
