US SEC requires Ethereum spot ETF issuers to submit first round of S-1 draft forms by Friday

Sources say that the US SEC has requested that the issuer of the Ethereum ETF submit the first draft of the S-1 form by Friday. BlackRock and VanEck have already submitted modified S-1 forms, while the remaining issuers are still pending submission.
