According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, as reported by Jinse Finance, the Ethereum Foundation sold 100 ETH worth $370,000 through Cowswap five minutes ago at a selling price of $3,773. Currently, 370,000 DAI has been transferred to the multi-signature address 0xbC9...EfbC3 for unknown purposes.
