Fox Business reporter: Coinbase and Consensys may use the judges opinion in the SEC-Binance lawsuit to defend themselves

Odaily News Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett wrote on X that lawyers from Coinbase, Kraken, and Consensys are likely to take advantage of the judge’s views on secondary market digital asset sales in the latest developments in the SEC’s lawsuit against Binance and support their positions in their respective lawsuits. And SEC lawyers can no longer argue that the ruling in the Ripple case was just an exception that other judges disagreed with.
