PANews reported on July 7th that The Arena, the social protocol of Avalanche ecosystem, announced on platform X that it has decided to postpone the release of ARENA until late July. This will allow the team to implement a new secure wallet solution before the upcoming event to attract new users. In addition, this paves the way for social logins (Instagram, Tik Tok and Reddit) in the near future. The team will announce the final token date 7 days before its release. At that time, token economics will also be released within The Arena.
News from last December revealed that Jason Desimone, newly appointed CEO of Stars Arena - a social protocol in Avalanche ecosystem - announced "Stars Arena" was officially renamed as "The Arena". Minor changes would be made to UI and products over next few days along with domain migration.
