The “German Government” address transferred out another 2,375 BTC

Arkham monitoring reported that the German government transferred 2,375 BTC (approximately $138 million) again 12 minutes ago, with 2,125 of them transferred to CEX and market maker addresses, and the remaining 250 transferred to an unknown address.
