According to reports, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse expressed optimism, believing that the company's long-standing legal dispute with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will be resolved "soon." This statement was made in a recent interview with Bloomberg. In recent weeks, the price of XRP has risen as people speculate that an announcement of a settlement may come after a closed-door meeting with the SEC next week.

Data from analysis firm Santiment shows that activity on Ripple's ledger and the creation of new addresses have reached their highest levels since March. The surge in activity indicates increased interest and participation from the XRP community, possibly due to expectations of a favorable outcome in the ongoing lawsuit.
