According to Scopescan monitoring, a L3 token claim contract related to the Layer3 token distribution protocol has consumed 27.3 ETH (90,000 USD) in the past hour, causing gas prices on ETH to soar above 40 gwei. There are now 7800 addresses holding L3 tokens.
