BNB Chain announced Bedrock and Avalon Finance as the second-round winners of BIA. The former is a multi-asset re-mortgage agreement, and the latter is a liquidity center for BTC LSDFi and CeDeFi lending. These two projects will enter the MVB plan and have access to the Launch as a Service (LaaS) package, which includes up to $300,000 worth of free services.
