A staff report released by multiple employees of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has found that ethereum is “not immune to scrutiny and collaboration” depending on the roles of multiple players in the network. The report examined the performance of the network after Tornado Cash, one of the blockchain's leading hybrids, was sanctioned by OFAC.
