Better Markets CEO: The U.S. SEC has a 90% chance of winning the appeal case against Ripple
Dennis Kelleher, CEO of Better Markets, stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has a 90% chance of winning in its appeal against Ripple's XRP lawsuit. He criticized the court's ruling as flawed, believing that the judge in this case misapplied the law. In an X post, Kelleher said, "Be serious. This is not 'national law', it is just an unfounded judgment by a district court judge which has been rejected by other respected judges and will be overturned on appeal; this is why judges do not allow the U.S SEC to appeal."
