Blur's founder: The on-chain ecosystem is much better than the bear market in 2019, and leading projects often emerge from the bear market
Pacman, the founder of Blur and Blast, posted on social media that the bear market in 2019 was actually depressing, with no heat whatsoever and no users for crypto at that time. Now we have DeFi, Perp DEXs, NFTs, profitable stablecoins and most importantly, there are still quite a lot of users on-chain who are very active (in terms of transaction volume and scale). Although it's hard to predict whether the coin price will rise or fall in the next few days or weeks, this field will continue to exist. Each cycle will produce new category leaders which are almost always established during bear markets (Blur was also established during a bear market). This is counterintuitive but times like these present the best opportunities.
