According to Ember monitoring, the whale/institution that hoarded 3910 BTC in June-July transferred another 710 BTC (worth about $43.78 million) to CEX six hours ago. In the past day or so, it has transferred a total of 1,500 BTC to CEX, and during this period, the price of BTC also fell by 3%.
