Odaily Planet Daily reports that Tether's CEO, Paolo Ardoino, confirmed the company's interest in commodity trading finance during an interview with Bloomberg. However, he emphasized that discussions are still at a preliminary stage and refused to disclose the scale of investment planned for commodity trading. He only indicated that Tether is cautiously formulating its strategy.
Paolo Ardoino explained: "We are interested in exploring different possibilities of commodity trading. The future potential is huge, but we may not reveal how much we plan to invest in commodity trading as we are still formulating our strategy." (Bloomberg)
