Perplexity is raising funds at an $8 billion valuation, and X, Notion, and OpenAI have made acquisition offers
according to The Information, AI search startup Perplexity is raising a new round of financing with a valuation of at least $8 billion. X, Notion, and OpenAI have all made acquisition offers to Perplexity ranging from $150 million to $200 million, and Microsoft has also expressed its intention to acquire.
