On November 9th, OpenAI stated that the access issue with ChatGPT has been resolved. Earlier, OpenAI stated that they were aware of the issue that temporarily prevented users from accessing ChatGPT, and they are currently investigating and working to restore it. User reports showed that as of 19:09 local time, OpenAI had experienced 18,711 failures.
