The U.S. stock market opens, with the Dow Jones falling 0.18%, the Nasdaq rising 0.17%, and the S&P 500 index rising 0.02%. Tesla's opening rose more than 6%, according to insiders, Trump's team expressed hope to relax U.S. regulations on self-driving cars.
