The Bitcoin re-pledging protocol, Babylon, will open Cap-3 pledging at 19:00 (UTC+8) on December 10, 2024. It will last for 1000 blocks with a minimum pledge amount of each transaction being 0.005 BTC and the maximum pledge amount increased to 5,000 BTC.
