Cryptocurrency concepts advanced on the rise in bitcoin, with Coinbase (COIN.O) up 3.5 per cent, Bitfarms up 3 per cent, MicroStrategy (MSTR.O) up 8.4 per cent, Riot Blockchain (RIOT.O) up 3.6 per cent, U.S.-listed Hut 8 Mining up 1.6 per cent and MARA Holdings rose 4.4 per cent.
